Martha E. Zamora is our Aftercare Coordinator. She works specifically with emancipated foster youth ages of 18-21. Martha has been with SF Independent Living Skills for almost 6 years now. She is a graduate of California State University, Hayward and has 20 years experience working with "high risk youth".
